Give your body the gift to unplug and just listen. In a Sound Bath much like meditation the body takes a slow shift from an active mind into the dream-like state of theta. We invite sound as a therapeutic outlet for emotions whether blissful or chaotic each participant perceives sound differently. Variables such as mood past experiences and physiology of the inner ear will set the tone. With repetition listeners move closer to resolution and personal growth.
Your instructor will help you settle with breath work then begin the sound bath composed of crystal bowls and chimes. We have all of props needed including mats and blankets but you are welcome to bring extras such as more blankets a pillow bolster eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes.

New to a sound bath? Use these helpful tips to prepare:
Dress for comfort
Be on time- at least 5-10mins. prior to the start time.
Turn off your phone upon arrival.
Prepare your space- a yoga mat and 2-3 blankets will be provided but if you know you might be sensitive to light or want something specific to help you get comfortable feel free to bring.
Clear your mind- this is a form of meditation. Plan to relax follow the sound and stay present.
Be open to feelings that arise- Sound baths encourage you to drop into a meditative state that can bring up stuck emotions and sensations in the body.
Take care of your body before and after the session. Use the restroom prior and after the experience
