In this inaugural edition of the Global Drama Project Short Film Festival we will be showcasing selected short films at a live screening event at The Producers Club Theaters right by Times Square. Each screening will be followed by a Q&A session with selected filmmakers. Films will be showcased by category: Narrative Films Documentary Films Queer Cinema BIPOC Filmmakers Female Filmmakers and International Cinema. We will hold an award ceremony honoring this year's winners.

Friday 09/20
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm Documentary Films followed by a live Q&A session.
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm BIPOC Filmmakers (Black Indigenous People of Color) followed by a live Q&A session.
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm International Cinema followed by a virtual Q&A session.
9:00 pm - 10:30 pm Queer Cinema followed by a live Q&A session.

Saturday 09/21
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm Non-Competitive Films. These films were made by our dedicated team members. This is a NON-COMPETITIVE category. 
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm Female Filmmakers followed by a live Q&A session.
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Narrative Films followed by a live Q&A session.
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm Award Ceremony.
Come enjoy complimentary drinks and red carpet pictures. Mingle with filmmakers and watch the winners announced and awarded!

FAQs

Q: Are the movies kid friendly? 
A: Although many of the films are suitable for kids the festival was intended for an adult audience and some films may not be age-appropriate.  

Q: There's some time in-between the screenings can I go get a bite to eat and return?
A: Absolutely! Our reception area also has a full-service bar a coffee & pastry stand and a thrift shop for our audience to enjoy during the breaks. 

Q: Is this event wheelchair accessible? 
A: Unfortunately the theater is not wheelchair accessible. There is a flight of stairs in the entrance to the theater.  

Q: Can I buy my ticket at the box office? 
A: Yes. However due to the limited capacity of tickets box office ticket availability is NOT guaranteed. 

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Please note all purchases are non-refundable.
