This is the perfect time of year for inviting the crisp warm cozy feeling of autumn into your life.

Please join us at Runic Apothecary to focus on positive changes making room for new growth and accepting the way your life is moving forward with balance and resilience.

Mabon falls on the Autumn Equinox and is the second of the three harvest festivals (Lammas, Mabon, and Samhain). Just like Ostara on the opposite side of the Wheel of the Year at Mabon the days and nights are of equal length. Though it’s typically celebrated on Sept 22 the exact moment of the Equinox varies from year to year. 

Yoga mats and light blankets available but please feel free to bring your own and a pillow. Only $20 per person. We look forward to seeing you there!
