Mike Cannon is a dynamic and versatile New York City-based comedian, podcaster, writer, and actor known for his sharp wit and relatable humor. His career has been marked by a series of successful projects and accolades that have earned him a dedicated following and critical acclaim in the comedy world.
Stand-Up Comedy and Specials: Mike's debut comedy special, "Life Begins", was released on YouTube in January 2020 and quickly earned a spot on Laugh Button’s Top 35 Comedy Specials of 2020. The album version of "Life Begins" was released in February 2020 through 800 Pound Gorilla Records and was recognized as one of Interrobang’s Top 11 Comedy Albums of 2020, as well as one of Sirius/XM Raw Dog Radio’s Top 10 Comedy Albums of 2020. His follow-up specials, "Mike Cannon's Huge Mistake" and "White Privilege Homeless", both released on YouTube, received widespread praise from fans, comedians, and critics alike.
Acting and Writing: Beyond stand-up, Mike has made significant strides in acting and writing. He earned critical acclaim for his lead role in the feature film "Timing", available on Amazon Prime. Mike has also appeared in numerous television shows and web series, including Barstool Sports' "Friday Night Pints" and "Answer The Internet", Comedy Central’s "Stupid Questions with Chris Distefano", TruTV’s "Greatest Ever", and MTV’s "Failosophy" and "Money From Strangers".
