Tunnel Hill Christian Church is excited to announce its 25th Annual Community Tea a delightful afternoon of fellowship laughter and giving back. This year’s event will be held on Saturday November 2 2024 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church.

This year’s tea theme is “Falling into God’s Love and Laughter.” Guests will enjoy light refreshments while bidding on exciting items in a silent auction. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Brandon’s House Counseling Center a local organization dedicated to providing counseling services to families in need.

The featured guest for this year’s event is comedian and inspirational speaker June Vaughn Colson. Born in Indiana Colson now resides in Bowling Green Kentucky. Her unique blend of humor and faith has captivated audiences nationwide. She recently won the Clean Comedy Challenge in Nashville and is an audience favorite on The Huckabee Show.

About Brandon’s House Counseling Center Brandon's House is a local grassroots counseling center founded by Susan Parr. Since its inception the center has operated with the unwavering support of the local community through individual donations fundraisers and small local grants. Mrs. Parr's vision has flourished into a vital resource providing counseling services to roughly 100 families annually completely free of charge. The center deliberately avoids billing insurance companies or accepting state or federal funding. Their core mission is to empower the community to directly support the families and youth in their area who require assistance.
