Join Tanya Gauthier OT and Sound & Vibrational Practitioner for an hour of pause by going on a sound journey to create a feeling of relaxation and renewal. This class will start with some very gentle movement that can be adapted to your specific physical abilities if needed it is not a yoga class but to get energy moving there will be a short movement segment to start the class and you will transition to either a seated or lying position (your preference).

Please bring your own yoga mat and you are encouraged to bring water for after class for proper hydration. Optionally you are welcome to bring your own pillow and blanket or floor seat if this feels supportive to you although bolsters and blankets are provided at the studio for every participant.
