This is a unique blend of traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga and modern Yin Yoga. It is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike inviting you to unlearn and relearn the true essence of yoga - beyond the modern-day 'yoga gymnastics.'

Tantric wisdom offers the intimacy with life while Hatha Yoga harmonizes the union of opposites embracing the polarity of masculinity and femininity. Yin Yoga guides you inward holding postures for 3-8 minutes to explore emotions gain awareness and find relief and peace.

This class stands out from others in the city offering a distinctive experience. We'll deepen our breath practice gentle asanas and rest in stillness.

Fiona will accompany us with Gong sound therapy during certain poses and savasana leveraging the Gong's powerful vibrations to rewire the mind and realign our being.

Join us with an open heart ready to receive strength and peace.

The Ark Studio:
Our cozy home studio started in January 2022. This is a space intentionally created for a passionate community of people who seek healing within the mind, heart and spirit. Noel, the owner of the studio, converted the spacious living room into a studio space for events, yoga classes and hangouts! We also have our own therapy room for private healing sessions.

The weekly yoga and healing classes are hosted by Fiona. She has gathered a select group of passionate teachers to share their practices with you.

Here, you will experience a very personal touch and connection with our teachers and space. We operate like a boutique studio and have only up to 6 classes a week. Our vision is to create deeper relationships with our students and followers. To learn and grow together as a community.

For those who are open to healing deep within your body and soul. We are ready to receive you!
