A typical Kundalini Yoga class involves a combination of physical postures breathwork mantra chanting and meditation. The class may begin with a warm-up and pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by a series of dynamic movements and yoga poses designed to awaken and balance the body's energy centers (chakras). The teacher may also incorporate mantra chanting and meditation practices to help deepen the experience and expand consciousness. Kundalini Yoga is suitable for all levels of practitioners and can be a transformative and empowering practice for those seeking to connect with their inner selves and tap into their inner power.

The Ark Studio:
Our cozy home studio started in January 2022. This is a space intentionally created for a passionate community of people who seek healing within the mind, heart and spirit. Noel, the owner of the studio, converted the spacious living room into a studio space for events, yoga classes and hangouts! We also have our own therapy room for private healing sessions.

The weekly yoga and healing classes are hosted by Fiona. She has gathered a select group of passionate teachers to share their practices with you.

Here, you will experience a very personal touch and connection with our teachers and space. We operate like a boutique studio and have only up to 6 classes a week. Our vision is to create deeper relationships with our students and followers. To learn and grow together as a community.
