✨ Triveeni Events in association with Ridhi Sidhi Entertainment is thrilled to present its First Ever Atlantic Garba Night with Dandiya King - Shri Kirtidan Gadhvi. ✨

Step into a world of traditional folk music dance and vibrant celebrations. Whether you're a Garba pro or a first-timer this night is all about joy and festivity.

Please look out for further details about the event instructions below:

Consent: All ticket holders implicitly consent to appear in any filming and/or recording of the event. When a ticket is purchased for this event the ticket holder consents to follow the below rules and regulations to their utmost good faith.

Event Timing: The doors will promptly open at 6:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

Dress Code: Traditional Attire is encouraged. You may bring any props like dandiyas traditional umbrellas or other items to enjoy your own style of Garba.

Entry: Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
Please keep your ticket with you at all times and ensure that the ticket barcode is easily readable.
Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your Ticket and age. acceptable forms of valid photographic ID are valid passports and driving licenses or pass cards. Photocopies are not acceptable.
NO refunds will be given to a ticket holder if refused entry or evicted due to behavior that threatens the enjoyment and safety of any attendees attending the event.

Tickets: All of the tickets for this event is sold through AllEvents Website (online only) and are FINAL SALES.
WE DO NOT SELL ANY TICKETS OFFLINE OR AT STORES. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE Organizers holds all the rights to make any exceptions if at all.
Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Organizers reserves all the right to legally penalize any individual group or organization involved in such instance.
The organizers accept NO responsibility for lost stolen or damaged Tickets. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission.
RE-ENTRY to the event will only be allowed after re-verification which includes ticket valid photo ID and/or hand-bands.

NO ALCOHOL OR SUBSTANCE POLICY: Consumption or possession of any alcohol is not permitted on or off the premises. Anyone found violating this rule may be asked to leave. Any person attempting to enter the festival under the influence of any drugs/ alcohol/ legal or illegal highs will be refused entry. Consumption of these listed substance during festival is strictly prohibited.

Winner Performers: Organizers reserves all the rights to make the final call on every winner categories to include in this event as well as who becomes the winners of each categories. No arguments or discussions will be accepted in any disagreements of the decision.

Respect Venue: Please respect the venue and its facilities. Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the person(s) involved. We reserve the right to confiscate any item which in our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue.

Respect Artist: Shri Kirtidan Gadhvi has never performed in Atlantic Canada and we would like to show him the best of our region and community. Please respect the privacy of every artist performing on the stage. Any misconduct will not be accepted and a legal penalty may follow in those instances. Please DO NOT ENTER THE FENCED/RESTRICTED/PROHIBITED areas of the venues.

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency please remain calm and follow the instructions of the event staff.

Refreshments: NO Outside Food is allowed within the premises where the event is happening. Although there will be Food Trucks available in the parking area who will serve refreshments at a cost.

Parking: PARKING IS FREE!! - Please use the designated parking areas. Do not park in unauthorized areas as your vehicle may be towed. Organizers will not be responsible for any liability incurred due to parked or moving vehicle(s).

Children: FREE ENTRY FOR ALL KIDS 6 YEARS OR YOUNGER - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Personal Belongings: Keep your personal belongings (purses phones props or any other items that you bring) with you at all times. The event organizers will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Lost and Found: If you lose or find something please report it to the event organizers or security personnel. Try not to bring personal or expensive things.

Respect Others: Please respect all attendees event staff and performers. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum when not on the dance floor to allow for conversations and announcements.

Event Cancellation: If the event gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the organizers to manage only the face value of the Ticket (not the booking fee and/or card charges) will be fully refunded from the point of sale. The organizer reserve the right to change the artist bill without prior notification and no refunds will be processed due to artist bill change/cancellation.

End of Event: Please make sure to collect all your personal belongings before leaving the venue. Dispose of any trash in the designated bins to help keep the venue clean. Do not destroy the aesthetics of the venue.
