Come and immerse yourself in high frequency Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls Gongs Rainsticks Tank Drum Chimes and more to help you step into a healing space of meditative vibrations. As you close your eyes sound waves vibrate through your body from all directions causing you to enter a state of deep relaxation.

Sound healing is an experience for everyone and is a beautiful way to switch off from thoughts mind-chatter stress and expectation. It requires no effort to get maximum benefits just lie down and let the sound flow in and around you.

WHAT TO BRING:
• A camping or yoga mat to lie on (I do have a couple if you don’t have one)
• Pillow
• Water bottle
• Blanket if you would like one

WHAT TO WEAR:
• Please wear comfortable clothing

Please note: if you have a pacemaker certain sound healing instruments may not be suitable. Please consult with your healthcare professional and advise me if you have any questions or concerns.
