*Steamed Thai Chicken dumplings served with red curry sauce- learn how to make your own red curry paste!
*Crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli and fried Thai basil, stir-fried with oyster sauce, palm sugar and fish sauce.
*Grilled lemon grass beef served with tangy Papaya salad and Vietnamese herbs.
*Vietnamese Chicken soup; Poached chicken fillet in aromatic stock served with rice noodles, fresh herbs, sliced chilli and lime juice.
